When developing our vineyard in the early 2000s, Vermentino was one of the key varietals we wanted to pursue. Quarantine restrictions allowed us only three vine cuttings and so after over a decade we finally made our first commercial release in 2010.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vines have thrived in Margaret River conditions and we expect this to become a staple of the Australian summer.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEnjoy this wine as an aperitif or with food, as it has the strength of character to match many styles of cuisine.
